Mezbaan, based in Islamabad, Pakistan administers a website and its application under the domain name mezbaan.pk, where tour operators provide, market, promote, and sell package trips to registered customers of our platform. Instead, users can use the platform to plan vacations, evaluate and assess travel firms and their tours, write reviews, share tales, and take advantage of other connected Mezbaan services. These terms and conditions apply to all the Mezbaan services and govern the rights and obligations arising from the user's usage of the Platform. Conditions For Using Our Platform

• Mezbaan works as the platform on which the agency can offer and market travel administrations, for example, multi-day visits, bundles, experience excursions, areas, and other travel activities (individually or jointly).
• If you are following up for the benefit of an organization or another legitimate element, you have to ensure that you are lawfully qualified for the acknowledgment of these terms.

User Registration Policy

The Mezbaan user registration policy is very explicit. Your inability to access and use the Mezbaan platform, including your personal information or to opt-in or out of marketing preferences, may result from your failure to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date, account information, or Mezbaan may terminate this agreement with you.

• Individual should be at least 13 years old to enroll as a user. Registration on the portal is not permitted for those under the age of 13. However, there is no restriction on the age of reservations.

• One person only needs to register for the other users to register. The user doing this will fill out the data for all the others, permitting them to register through links and afterward using the same login.

Property Rights And Copyrights

With respect to your use of the Mezbaan platform and your participation in the services, you agree that you will not: (i) neither the Content nor your posting, uploading, publication, submission or transmittal of the content or Mezbaan's use of the content (or any portion thereof) on, through or by means of the services will infringe, misappropriate or violate a third party's patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or other proprietary or intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation. (ii) Interfere with or disrupt the Services or the Mezbaan's platform of the servers or networks connected to the Mezbaan's platform. On the platform and through Mezbaan services, Mezbaan offers the option to post, upload, publish, submit, or transmit text, graphics, photos, videos, or other materials (hence "Content"). You agree that Mezbaan may use the content on the platform, particularly for one-time materials and distributes, by making it accessible. You agree to grant Mezbaan a worldwide, irrevocable, extraordinarily long-lasting, non-elite, eminence-free license to publicly display or otherwise make use of the content for the aforementioned purpose. No ownership right in such content are guaranteed by Mezbaan, and nothing in these terms are intended to restrict your ability to use and benefit from the content.

Code Of Conduct

Our services are only available for private, non-commercial use. It is not allowed to sell, re-sell, re-use or commercially use content, information, software, products or services available on our Platform. Further:

• Tricks, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
• Systematically retrieve data by using bots, crawlers, scrapers or other automated means (besides authorized use of our API) to access or interact with the platform or generally assembling data or content not in connection with your booking.
• Get through technological or security obstacles that have been put in place to safeguard the platform and its content.
• Attempt to bypass by any measure of the site design, decrypt, decompile, reverse engineer or copy the website and platform.
• Disrupt or otherwise jeopardize the platform's functionality.

Dissolution Of Agreement

Sending an email to privacy will instantly result in the termination of the user's service agreement with Mezbaan, and your account shall be deleted. Mezbaan is not obligated to remove or reverse any content provided by the user on the Platform in the event of a termination. Terms

• It is the user's responsibility to always have a current national identity card (CNIC) with them before they travel. The user is also responsible of conforming to any applicable health regulations and receiving any prescribed or necessary vaccines.
• The agencies on their initiative and responsibility independently organize, present, and carry out the trips. Mezbaan serves as an independent commercial agent for both the agency, engaging them with the users. Mezbaan is not an operator, a tour operator, an insurer, an operator's representative, or a fake company for any of these companies. Mezbaan does not act as the user's agent and does not own, agree to sell, or resell any travel, tour, or transportation services. Mezbaan has no authority over how agencies, users, or other 3rd parties operate.
• Mezbaan has no influence over how Agency or platform users behave.
• By selecting "Book now," you are making a firm offer to the chosen agency for the tour. By moving forward with your offer of "Booking," the agency concludes the travel contract. In this instance, the user and the agency directly enter into a contract. Mezbaan will keep a copy of the contract in order to handle the business connection and maintain the record.

User Responsibility

The user undertakes to check all contractual documents transferred by means of the Mezbaan services (e.g. Personal identification details, travel contract, booking confirmation, vouchers) for factual correctness and completeness (spelling mistakes, e.g. name, date of birth, special travel requirements) and to report any identifiable errors or defects in the activity of Mezbaan immediately. When using Mezbaan services, you undertake to provide all required personal information. In particular, you will provide truthful information on all circumstances and restrictions affecting the performance of the services by Mezbaan and the agency. Users who pre-book through the Platform for themselves or 3rd parties (also including individual customers) are regarded as clients and, without a hint of ambiguity, understand the obligations arising from their use of the platform under these agreements. The user gives his or her approval to inform those others about these agreements by involving the Mezbaan administrations for him or them. The user understands that he is responsible for all travel and appointment bookings made by anyone acting under his influence. The user warrants that any information he provides, either directly or indirectly through third parties, is true, complete, and accurate, and that the client is not an unaccompanied juvenile. No reservations (requests) that are exploratory, manipulative, speculative, fake, or misleading are permitted under any circumstances. Users are obligated to report any obvious contract violations right away in order to put the relevant agency in a position to quickly fix any non-conformity that can be fixed with reasonable effort. The user is encouraged to use the Mezbaan services, and in particular the reservation administration site, to submit any complaints in writing. The user may suffer harm if they don't disclose a lack of conformance. Mezbaan or the agency is not subject to any legal responsibilities just by reporting a lack of assurance.

Point System

In Mezbaan's rewards program, users and the agency will be rewarded points, and when they reach a particular threshold, they are eligible for benefits like free travel. The steps below are taken for this to occur

Users:

• Getting booked on tour will lead to points that will be added to their portal.
• Uploading reels and stories on the portal of Mezbaan, it will give bonus points to the users.

Agency:

• Adding new trips and packages to their portal will give them extra points.
• Attempt to bypass by any measure of the site design, decrypt, decompile, reverse engineer or copy the website and platform.
• Getting bookings on the trips that they have posted.
• Uploading stories of the trips that they have conducted.
